2.3 Information from other sources

We may receive information from authentication providers, payment processors, analytics providers, fraud-prevention services, and other business partners, in accordance with their own policies and applicable law.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and personalize the Services.
  • Create and deliver AI-generated images, videos, edits, and other requested outputs.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, research, and product improvement. We do not use such information to identify you.

4. AI Processing and User Content

We process User Content as necessary to provide the features you request, including routing requests to selected AI model or infrastructure providers. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Unless we separately notify you and obtain any consent required by law, we do not use private User Content to train general-purpose AI models. We may use limited operational data, feedback, and aggregated or de-identified information to maintain safety, prevent abuse, and improve the Services.

You should not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business information, or information about another person unless you have a lawful basis and all required permissions to do so.

  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
  • Legal and safety reasons: when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or government request; protect the rights, safety, or property of Vuppo, our users, or the public; or detect and address fraud, security, or technical issues.
  • With your direction: when you ask us to share information or use an integration that requires sharing.
  • Aggregated information: information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share it for third-party direct marketing without your consent.

6. International Data Transfers

Our providers and systems may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers and handle information in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain business and financial records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information by contacting support@vuppo.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained where required by law or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit where supported. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children who are not permitted to use the Services.
